Dr. Cesar Martinez is the official abuse officer of Opus Dei for over 3 years now.
What is Cesar Martinez doing in his official function? Is he working?
Has he asked members or ex-members of Opus Dei if they experience(d) abuse (sexual, psychological, physical)? How many has he asked?
This is the investigation of a non-working abuse officer who doesn't speak English and is not willing to take phone calls in German.
He is a criminal and needs to be prosecuted.
These are his contact details

I have asked Mr Martinez to clarify the steps he has undertaken to identify any forms of abuse at Opus Dei, see:
The official press officer in Germany, Dr. Ruthard von Frankenberg, told me he is aware of "none" abuse at Opus Dei since 1928.
We will see how he reacts – usually, he thinks the best strategy is to ignore calls and emails. But we will intensify the pressure so much that he will be forced to answer our questions!
