Dr. Cesar Martinez is the official abuse officer of Opus Dei for over 3 years now.
What is Cesar Martinez doing in his official function? Is he working?

This is the investigation of a non-working abuse officer who doesn't speak English and is not willing to take phone calls in German.

The official press officer in Germany, Dr. Ruthard von Frankenberg, told me he is aware of "none" abuse at Opus Dei since 1928.
We will see how he reacts – usually, he thinks the best strategy is to ignore calls and emails. But we will intensify the pressure so much that he will be forced to answer our questions!
